STULZ GOLF TECHNOLOGIES, LLC LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

WARRANTY COVERAGE: Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC warrants its golf shafts and component products purchased from Stulz, Stulz Express, and authorized Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC clubfitters, golf professionals, retailers or distributors to be free of defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser for the life of the product. Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC will, without charge to the consumer, repair or replace any product or component or part thereof that is defective or becomes defective during normal use for the life of the product for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase after the date of purchase from a Stulz Express center, an authorized Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC clubfitter, golf professional, retailer or distributor. At its option, Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC may replace the product with a new or refurbished product. All products returned to Stulz must be shipped prepaid and a shipping and handling charge will apply to all customer returned merchandise. Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC does not warrant its products against damage caused by third parties or abuse during and out of play. This warranty does not cover paint scratches, cosmetic blemishes or other normal wear and tear. Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC will fix such blemishes and scratches, however, for a fee. To obtain warranty service in the United States on a Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC product, return the product to a Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC authorized Stulz Express center, clubfitter, golf professional, retailer or directly to Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC. In the case of a Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC component, you must obtain warranty service through an authorized Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC retailer of that component. Outside of the United States, all warranty service must be obtained from the distributor or authorized retailer in the country in which the shaft or component was purchased. CAUTION: A golf club can be a dangerous piece of equipment. Users should only swing a club in an area void of people within ten feet of the user and other circumferential impediments. Golf club shafts are fragile, whether they are made of graphite or other materials. Shafts may break, and broken shafts may cause injury. Shafts should not be abused, and should be inspected periodically to determine if cracking or breaking has occurred. Stulz Golf Technologies, LLC equipment should not be altered or changed in any way, except for re-gripping, other than at the Company's factory.
