Before a shaft goes into production, it must pass a long series of material and play testing phases. When these steps are completed to our 100 percent satisfaction, the shaft is ready for production. Our manufacturing process is based upon more than 40 years of production “know how.” During the manufacturing process, inspections occur 27 times before the final stamp of approval is rendered. If we detect a problem at any stage, the entire production is put on hold until the problem is resolved. This strict manufacturing quality control assures that all customers receive finished shafts that are held to the highest standards and are unmatched in the golf industry.
